Onion Varieties

Centurion

Hybrid with thin neck, leading to quicker drying. Prefers warmer climate.

Summit

New heat treated variety. Not available for delivery until March

Jetset

Spring sown. Early bulking for green top harvest. Attractive round shape with thin neck.

Red Baron

Spring sown. Attractive read bulb. Flattened round shape. Suitable for long-term storage. Heat cured in store for improved quality. Not available until March 2005

Setton

Improved Sturon type.

Sturon

Spring sown. Good general disease resistance and good storage leading to good marketable yields.

Onions are available in the following sizes: 10/14mm, 10/21mm, 14/21mm and 21/24mm


Shallot Varieties

Red Sun

Red shallot for sowing from mid April onwards. Size: 20/45mm

Sante

For sowing from mid April onwards. Good yields, and excellent storage qualities. Size: 20/45mm


Garlic Varieties

Printanor

Can be autumn or spring sown. Best for long storage. Grown to Demeter certification. Size: 30mm+

Thermidrome

Autumn sown. Good yields of large attractive bulbs. Grown to Demeter certification. Size: 30mm+
